In 2005, Phil Bagi joined the team at Big Sky with over 20+ years of service experience under his belt. As the Floor Supervisor and Wine Specialist for Big Sky Cafe, Phil works as a server with management duties, but his real interest is the wine list - a passion that was started back when he was working under Master Sommelier Bob Gable at Faust's Restaurant in Downtown St. Louis. Phil is responsible for the wine program at Big Sky and he takes careful consideration when choosing wines for the list. He chooses wines true to their varietal, wines that are right for the season, and wines that will complement the locally sourced menu.
