Family Style Reheating Instructions

  • All items are completely cooked for heat and eat.
  • Pasta dishes may require a stir during heating.
  • These are approximations, ovens vary, and how hot you would like it is up to you.
  • Times are listed on the low side, you can always warm or cook it more - it's much harder to "uncook" food!
  • Heat all pan items with their lids on.
  • Anything can be transferred to microwave-safe dishes and warmed that way.

Turkey Breast and Dressing
350* oven for approximately 30 minutes or until hot. The turkey will have a little gravy on it, but a smidge more never hurts. Heat the rest of the gravy in a saucepan on your stove top or warm in a microwave in a microwave-safe bowl.

Pot Roast
350* oven for approximately 30 minutes OR until hot.

Meatloaf
350* oven for 30 minutes or until hot. The same rules apply for any extra gravy as the turkey gravy.

Roasted Sweet & Sour Brussels Sprouts
350* oven for 20 minutes or until hot. Add crumbled feta and serve.

Honey Soy Grilled Salmon
350* oven for 15 minutes from cold. Check for desired doneness and continue to heat 5 minutes at a time until the preferred doneness is reached. After heating, drizzle aioli over salmon or serve on the side.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and/ or Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes
350* oven for 25 minutes or until hot. (Stir once or twice while heating). Warm cream sauce stove top or in the microwave. Add butter to sweet potatoes after heating.

Cheddar Cheese & Macaroni
350* oven for 20 minutes or until hot. (Stir once or twice). If you have a large enough skillet, warming on the stove top in batches also works well. 

Roasted Cauliflower Gratin
350* oven for 25 minutes, remove lid and toast bread crumb top for an additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Nola Shrimp
350* oven for 10 minutes or until hot.

Soups should be transferred to sauce pans and heated on the stove top to your desired temperature. Stir occasionally while heating.

Apple Pies and Crisps can be warmed in the oven or individual pieces heated in a microwave. They’re great at room temperature as well. Refrigerate to store.
