Our promise to you.

6/12/2020

5/21/21: We've updated our cleaning procedures and COVID-19 policies. See them here.

5/14/21 update:
Since the beginning of the pandemic, our primary concern has always been the health and safety of both employees and customers. We know that many of you have felt safe in the restaurant due to the safety precautions we have taken, and we are proud of the trust you have in us.

In light of the new CDC guidelines for fully vaccinated people, as well as the rescinded health order from St. Louis County, we are currently reviewing our own practices and procedures. For now, we will continue to keep our tables socially distanced at six feet apart as well as require our staff members to wear masks. And although it will no
longer be enforced, we have total trust that our guests who should wear a mask will do so.

We're so happy to see positive changes being made after a long year. Thank you for sticking with us!

May 2021: these policies are currently under review
The health and safety of our employees and our guests are our #1 priority!

Our promise to you when you dine with us:
  • Staff members will wear masks at all times.
  • Staff members are required to wash hands every 30 minutes.
  • Servers will sanitize their hands before and after every delivery made to a table at stations located throughout the restaurant.
  • Temperatures are taken of each staff member upon arrival. Signs of any illness will excuse the staff member from their shift.
  • All common surfaces and door handles will be wiped down every 15 minutes.
  • All tables will be spaced at least (sometimes more) 6 feet apart.
  • Hand sanitizer spray will be placed on every table for guest use.
  • Menus will be single use.
  • Our germicidal UV light air filtration system eliminates 99% of airborne bacteria, mold and viruses.

Here is what we ask of you when you visit:
  • We strongly recommend making a reservation to dine with us. Due to the capacity restrictions, available tables are limited.
  • Reservations are scheduled for 1.5-hour increments to assure proper sanitizing standards between guest visits.
  • Due to unpredictable weather, patio dining is on request the day of the visit.
  • We cannot accept party sizes larger than 8 people.
  • When you arrive for your reservation, please call us to be sure your table is ready before entering the building.
  • Please wear a mask once inside the building at all times. Due to St. Louis County restrictions, you must continue to wear one any time you are interacting with a staff member.
  • Please abide by social distancing rules when moving around the restaurant.
  • We ask that all payments be made with a credit card. We cannot accept cash (including tips) at this time.

Continuing Curbside Service Procedures:
  • All orders are placed and paid for online or via phone. Signatures are not required for credit card receipts.
  • Cash transactions, including gratuity are strongly discouraged.
  • Give us a call when you arrive so that we can bring your order straight to your car. We can not allow you to come in for pick up.
  • Drive up guests are encouraged to have trunks and rear hatches accessible for staff to place orders in their vehicles at distance.
  • Staff members must always wear a mask for all curbside deliveries.

The STL county covid rule allows for party sizes of 10 but the restaurant says no more than 8. Your rules are not correct..

Hi Aj,

The St. Louis County rules can be confusing at times, so we can understand your concern. However, the County has said we can have UP to 10 people at a table, but to do so, we must be able to safely seat other tables at least 6 feet apart (we allow for more) for social distancing, and keep our capacity numbers at 50% as well. So while we may be allowed to increase our table sizes, we can not do it and still be in line with the guidelines and provide our other customers a safe space to enjoy their meal.

We have worked so hard this last year to not only stay open, but make sure our staff and customers feel safe too. We are proud of the trust we have earned with them and we would hate to jeopardize that trust to squeeze in a few more people. Trust us, getting back to pre-pandemic sales would be fantastic, but we do not want to put anyone at risk to do it.

For now, we hope that you understand and visit us with 8 people or less with your group. If not, we look forward to a time soon when the restrictions will no longer be in place!
