 | In a partnership with the Missouri Restaurant Association, Big Sky Cafe is participating in a St. Louis area wide dine out in memory of Scott Knopfel. In the early hours of January 15, 2015, Scott's life came to a tragic end while working at the Drury Hotel. In honor of his service and dedication to others, a scholarship fund was created in his name to provide educational opportunities for those in the hospitality industry.
